We Back Every Repair, Period.

At Broadway Servicenter in Garden City, every repair we perform is covered by our 6-month / 6,000-mile warranty on both parts and labor. If something we repaired fails within that period, we will fix it. No argument, no runaround, no charge.

This warranty has been our standard since Bob took over the shop. It is not a marketing line. It is a commitment we have made to every customer in Garden City and Nassau County for decades.

Using Your Warranty Is Simple

Call or Stop By

If you notice an issue related to work we performed, call us at (516) 681-0122 or drive in to 640 Old Country Road in Garden City. No appointment is required for a warranty return visit.

Bring Your Receipt or Service Record

We keep records of all repairs in our system, but having your receipt or the date of service helps us pull up your record faster. If you do not have your receipt, do not worry. We will look it up.

We Diagnose and Repair at No Charge

If the issue falls within the scope of our warranty, we repair it at no charge. Bob will personally review the situation and make sure you understand exactly what is being done and why.
