Most of what a Tesla needs is not a Tesla problem, it is a car problem: tires that wear fast under instant torque and a heavy battery, alignments after Long Island potholes, brake hardware that regen driving leaves under-exercised until it corrodes, cabin filters, and suspension components, especially the control arms on Model 3 and Y.

We handle all of that, plus body work, without the service-center appointment that is three weeks out. Battery, drive units, and software stay with Tesla, and we say so plainly when an issue is theirs. Everything we do carries our 6-month / 6,000-mile warranty.

What can't Broadway do on a Tesla?
High-voltage battery diagnostics and replacement (requires Tesla's proprietary equipment and safety certification), software-related fault codes that need Tesla Service Center scanning, over-the-air update issues, warranty-covered repairs, and some suspension calibrations that require Tesla's alignment software.
How often do Tesla tires need rotation?
Tesla recommends rotation every 6,250 miles or when tread depth difference between front and rear exceeds 2/32. Because regenerative braking primarily uses rear motors, the front tires on Model 3 and Model Y wear faster. Regular rotation extends tire life significantly.
Do Tesla brakes need service even though regen handles most stopping?
Yes. The physical brake calipers still need attention. Regenerative braking reduces wear on brake pads significantly, but the caliper slide pins can seize from underuse, and the brake rotors can develop surface rust from sitting. We inspect caliper function and brake system condition at each service.
Does my Tesla still need a NYS inspection?
Yes. Tesla vehicles require NYS annual safety inspections same as any vehicle. We perform NYS inspections on Tesla Model 3, Model Y, Model S, and Model X.
