For Terrain Response system calibration, InControl software faults, and warranty work, Land Rover dealer equipment may be required.
What oil does a Land Rover need?
Land Rover specifies STJLR.03.5003 approved oil for most current models. This is a specific European oil specification. Using an oil that does not carry this approval can affect the engine warranty and the variable valve timing system. We use correct JLR-spec oil for every Land Rover service.
Does Land Rover air suspension need maintenance?
Yes. The air suspension compressor and bags on Range Rover and Discovery have a finite lifespan, typically 80,000-100,000 miles. Symptoms include a corner that sags overnight or the compressor running continuously. We diagnose air suspension faults. For complex Terrain Response and suspension calibration that requires Land Rover's diagnostic software, we refer to authorized service.
Is Land Rover maintenance less expensive at Broadway than the dealer?
