JLR-spec oil service, brake service, tires, alignment, air suspension diagnosis on F-Pace, cooling system inspection, and standard diagnostics. For Jaguar's software-dependent calibrations and warranty work, dealer equipment may be required. Same honesty policy as our Land Rover service.

Most current Jaguar models with Ingenium engines require STJLR.03.5003 approved oil - the same JLR specification as Land Rover. Older models with the AJ supercharged V8 have their own specification. We verify the correct oil for each Jaguar before every service.

Yes. Jaguar brake rotors rust quickly when the vehicle sits in Nassau County's humid conditions - similar to Mercedes. Surface rust from a weekend of sitting can cause brake vibration and pulsation on the first few stops. Regular brake inspection and timely rotor replacement prevents this from progressing.

Yes - considerably. Jaguar dealer labor rates are premium, and Jaguar shares the JLR platform with Land Rover. For the maintenance and repair items we handle - oil service, brakes, tires, cooling, standard diagnostics - our rates are significantly lower.

For the I-Pace (electric), Broadway handles tires, brakes, alignment, and NYS inspection. High-voltage battery and software diagnostics require Jaguar's proprietary equipment.

All repair work is backed by a 6-month or 6,000-mile warranty on parts and labor, whichever comes first.
